Edward Petro

Managing Director

Ed Petro ensures the effective delivery of quality consulting services to GEP clients, drives projects to success, and manages GEP’s daily operations. Ed has focused much of his career on manufacturing and distribution environments, with emphases on innovative supply chain operations and the analysis, design, development, and implementation of ERP systems and other technologies. He has worked with diverse clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to smaller firms in the United States, Europe, and Asia. His clients have also included federal and state government agencies, non-profit organizations, and professional services firms.

Ed holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management from Kent State University, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Baltimore, and certification as a Supply Chain Management Professional.


Gayla Napier

Practice Director, Organizational Development

As an active OD consultant Gayla uses her experience to work with organizations to utilize and develop their collective knowledge and resources to achieve strategic transformational change. Her expertise includes organizational change leadership, strategic planning, management and leadership development, group facilitation, team member engagement, diversity and inclusion, conflict resolution, business process reengineering and organization development. Gayla’s experience spans a variety of industries including technology, manufacturing, professional services, utilities, healthcare, government, and higher education.

Gayla holds a B.S. in Psychology from Westminster College, and dual M.A. degrees in Human Development and in Organizational Design and Effectiveness from Fielding Graduate University (FGU). As a current Ph.D. student in Human and Organizational Systems at FGU, Gayla is dedicated to understanding the intersections between human and technological systems.


Patricia Griffith

Principal

Patricia Griffith’s business background and significant experience with PeopleSoft Supply Chain solutions combine to make her a leader in delivering optimum value for clients. Although highly-skilled with implementation tasks (configuration, system design and modification, testing and user training), she excels at identifying process improvement opportunities and developing solutions to improve productivity during the post-implementation phase.

Patricia’s strengths include years of problem-solving experience combined with a keen analytic mind and excellent communication skills. Patricia’s career has spanned diverse business environments (primarily in healthcare, manufacturing and distribution). She has a proven history of collaborating with client and consultant groups, accountability for delivering results, building effective teams, gaining consensus while keeping projects on-target, and building long-term relationships.

Ms. Griffith’s comprehensive professional background includes over 10 years of I.T. /ERP project management and leadership and 20+ years of business experience. Patricia holds a Bachelor’s degree from Sam Houston State University.
